When you visit our website or buy something from our store, you agree to terms set out in this agreement. We reserve the right to change terms set in this agreement. When we do so, we will update this page and mark the date when updates were made.
You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorized activity that violate laws in your jurisdiction.
You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing, images, video and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location, fraudulent activity or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
We price our products with a lot of thought and rarely change them. In occasions when we need to, we reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them based on our own discretion. When we update a products price, this website will clearly reflect the current price of the product. Discontinued products may no longer appear on the website.
Once you have finished shopping, all the items you wish to purchase are added to your cart. Your next step will be to go through the checkout process and make the payment. To do this:
- Click the "cart" button at the top of the page
- Click on the "checkout" button
- Register/login or checkout as guest
- Fill-in or check your contact details, the details of your order, the delivery address and the invoicing address
- Select payment method and complete order
- Complete payment on Razorpay
- You can pay using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or your Citrus Wallet.
Cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Delivery & Shipping
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders.
For orders above ₹1000, shipping is absolutely free. For orders below ₹1000 nominal delivery fee of ₹100 is applicable.
We will deliver the order within 7 – 8 working days.
If you feel the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can call us at 9326414266 or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will ensure that your query is resolved.
Return & Refund Policy
- Return Time & Order Status
- The Returns must be notified 48 hours of reciept. The parcel to be returned within 72 hours of reciept .
- The client must email or call the customer service and please mention the cause of Exchange/Return only post that can they inititate the return , any return without that shall not be accepted.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, then the Gaadlawala team must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
- Bundling Promotion Items Return/Items with Certain Promotions Return
- All items bought in promotions are not eligible for refunds. They can be exchanged for Size issues , but the client shall have to pick another size in the same pattern unless it is not available is stock. If the particular item is not available in the required size then the client can pick another item of the same value or higher from the other items available.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept returned item(s) that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Return Method & Cost
We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Refund process time
- Refund will be initiated within a week from N.M.Gaadlawala side upon receipt of your package.
- Specific time of the money refunding to your original payment account according to your payment mode/bank account (normally takes 2-10 working days after N.M>gaadlawala has initiated).
Packaging and Courier charges to the tune of Rs.120 will be deducted from the refund made.
Please Note: Refunds will be initiated for items price only, other fees like shipping guarantee, shipping, COD service charges are non-refundable.

You agree to hold harmless Swastik Sleep Gallery, our subsidiaries, employees and suppliers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
